Pilates & trekking with Mirka 11.-18. 10. 2025
Extend your summer and spend a week bathing in Mediterranean Sea, trekking the famous Lycian Way trails and relaxing and strengthening your body at daily Pilates sessions.
This all will happen in the less touristy part of Turkey where the charms of village life blends with the natural beauty of mountains and sea, unspoiled yet by the mass tourism. We will stay in a small family-owned hotel, eat fabulous Mediterranean food prepared with local produce and enjoy the warm dry season of October.

About Mirka:
Mirka is a certified Mat Pilates instructor and has an experience with leading both, individual and group classes. Thanks to the fact that she is a passionate hiker and trail runner, she understands the challenges of keeping one’s body in a good shape to prevent injuries and to facilitate a recovery process after a strenuous activity. She believes Pilates offers one of the best tools for such demanding task.
Price does not include: airfare and travel insurance.
Morning Pilates – Gentle stretching and strengthening exercises to start the day with energy.
Free time – Relax by the sea, take a walk, or enjoy individual rest.
Guided trek – Explore the stunning trails of the Lycian Way (3 full-day treks included).
Evening Pilates – Restorative session focused on relaxation and body-mind harmony.
Additional activities – Excursions to local sights (optional visits with entrance fees not included).
